Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PharmacyPulse ("the Service"), operated by ByondRx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User-Generated Content

Reviews, ratings, and comments submitted to PharmacyPulse are user-generated content. By submitting a review, you represent that:

  • Your review reflects a genuine pharmacy experience
  • You will not fabricate or manipulate reviews
  • You will not include specific medication names, diagnoses, or personal health information (PHI)
  • You will not include profanity, threats, or discriminatory language
  • You will not post reviews on behalf of others without their consent

Disclaimer: Reviews are user-generated opinions and do not constitute medical advice. PharmacyPulse does not verify the accuracy of individual reviews.

3. Review Integrity (FTC Compliance)

  • We do not fabricate or manipulate reviews
  • Incentivized reviews must be clearly disclosed by the pharmacy
  • We do not selectively suppress negative reviews
  • Pharmacy-verified badges indicate verified ownership, not review endorsement

4. Pharmacy Claims

Pharmacists may claim their pharmacy listing by providing a valid NPI number and state license. Claims are verified against the federal NPI registry. Claimed pharmacies may respond to reviews subject to the following:

  • Responses must be professional and relevant
  • Free tier: up to 30 responses total. Additional responses require a paid plan.
  • Pharmacies may not threaten, intimidate, or coerce reviewers

5. SMS Communications (TCPA)

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from PharmacyPulse for account verification and security purposes only. We will not send marketing messages via SMS. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by deleting your account.

6. Content Moderation

We employ automated screening to detect and block content containing medication names, medical conditions, profanity, and potential legal threats. Content flagged by our moderation system will be rejected with a notification. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in review manipulation, fraud (including VoIP-based fake accounts), harassment, or repeated Terms violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

PharmacyPulse is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted reviews, pharmacy data, or drug shortage information. Drug shortage data is sourced from the FDA openFDA API and is provided for informational purposes only.
